CUT is owned and operated by Matthew and Karla Sagorac, permanent full time residents and entrepreneurs in Fish Creek. Along with their two children who attend Gibraltar Schools, Matt and Karla are committed to ensuring that this community remains one of the most beautiful, welcoming, and vibrant places to live, work, and enjoy.

The Sagoracs also own Wild Tomato Pizza, a beloved Door County staple known for its family-friendly atmosphere and genuine community spirit. Their passion for great food and meaningful hospitality has shaped both brands — each with its own identity, yet rooted in the same values: quality, authenticity, and connection.
