From Cellar to Ember | A Four-Course Heartland Wine Dinner
Celebrate the season with an unforgettable evening at CUT’s 1st Annual Harvest Dinner.
A five-course tasting menu thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from Kistler Vineyards and Ridge Vineyards, presented by Bill Gardner and Rian Hill of L’eft Bank Wine Company.
The evening begins at 5 PM with a welcome cocktail and snack, followed by a guided tasting dinner highlighting the best of autumn flavors and world-class wines.
Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase featured bottles after dinner.

Pair your smoke with a limited flight of three selections from our collection of bourbon, whiskey, and scotch for $50. Additional pours and premium options will also be available à la carte.
